DETACHED COTTAGE IN AN ELEVATED POSITION WITH MAGNIFICENT SEA AND ISLAND VIEWS This lovely period property offers peace and tranquility to those wishing to really get away from it all and explore an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Located in the charming crofting village of Culkein just 1 mile from Drumbeg and 12 miles to the picturesque town of Lochinver. Ideal location for anyone seeking peaceful and artistic inspiration when painting or writing. There are numerous spectacular beaches along this wonderful coastline making a perfect seaside holiday base as well as something of a birdwatcher s paradise with the famous puffin colony and bird sanctuary on Handa Island not for away. For hill walkers Munro baggers and climbers you couldn t be better placed for exploring Quinag Suilven Canisp Ben More Assynt Benn Stack Arkle and Foinaven. Boundless opportunities for fly fishing fishing permits are available locally. The accommodation offers TWO bedrooms: 1 double and 1 twin zip-and-link (that can be made into a super-king-size on request) with TV. Bathroom: with shower over bath and WC on the ground floor. Lounge: with multi-fuel burner (initial supply of solid fuel included) and flatscreen TV/DVD. Dining room. Kitchen: well-equipped with electric oven and hob fridge/freezer dishwasher washer/dryer and microwave. Outside: enclosed garden with front and rear garden seating areas. Amenities: ample off-road parking. Bed linen towels electric storage heating and Wi-Fi included. Regret no smoking. 2 dogs welcome. Location: shop pub and restaurant 1 mile beach 4 miles. Arrival: 4pm
